Q: What is the minimum balance I can send for collections?
A:
There is no minimum balance. We accept accounts of all size.
Q: What information do I need to give you to get started on an account?
A:
The best information to send over is the name, balance, address and phone. After we have begun working on an account, we will let you know if we need more info or documents.
Q: Is there a contract that I need to sign?
A:
We do not require a contract. We will sign a contract if your company requires such. As a third party, we are lawfully allowed to contact debtor's on your behalf.
Q: How do I "Place" an account?
A:
Placing an account is very easy. The most common form of placement is via fax to 301-695-2577. We also accept accounts via email and mail.
Q: How do I know if you have started working on an account?
A:
We begin work on accounts immediately. Accounts are assigned to an investigator and a collector. We also send an account acknowledgment report to you so that you have record to confirm the placement, name, balance, and contingency rate.
Q: When will I receive the first update?
A:
You will receive an update on any and all of the accounts that you place at the end of two weeks. It is our
14 DAY report
. This report is available through letter, phone, fax, or email.
